Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Pvt. Ltd. is a growing organization engaged in foreign exchange, travel & tourism, and medical tourism. We provide services such as domestic & international tour packages, air/train ticketing, visa assistance, and related travel solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell travel services (Train Tickets, Visa, Tour Packages, Flight Bookings).
- Handle inbound customer queries and convert them into confirmed sales.
- Understand customer requirements, suggest suitable travel solutions, and provide cost-effective options.
- Maintain and update customer database (leads, follow-ups, and conversions).
- Negotiate and close sales deals effectively to achieve monthly targets.
- Provide accurate information about destinations, travel requirements, and company services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate with operations team for ticket issuance, visa processing, and tour confirmations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Telecalling / Inside Sales (Travel industry preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- **Must be fluent in Hindi and Odia (spoken & understanding).**:

- English and Bengali will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
- Good knowledge of travel industry services (flights, tours, visas, trains) will be preferred.
