Key responsibilities of a Social Media Strategist include:

- Crafting comprehensive strategies that outline objectives, target audience, platforms, and a content mix to drive engagement and growth.
- Designing and developing visually engaging content that resonates with the target audience, as well as collaborating with design and content teams to ensure high-quality output.
- Building a long-term content strategy that aligns with brand goals, trends, and audience preferences to maximize reach and engagement.
- Creating and maintaining a database of influencers relevant to the brand and facilitating collaborations to amplify reach and credibility.
- Engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a community around the brand.
- Monitoring the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools and adjusting strategies based on data insights
- Keeping up with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure campaigns stay relevant.
- Working closely with marketing, PR, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Managing social media ad campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and tracking ROI.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
