As a Social Media Associate, you will assist in shaping and executing engaging content strategies specifically tailored for Instagram Reels and social media platforms. You will be responsible for supporting the content creation process, handling mood boards, scheduling posts, and ensuring consistent brand storytelling. Working closely with senior strategists and the social media team, you will gain hands -on experience in content planning and execution for high -engagement platforms. Selected candidate's day -to -day responsibilities include: 1. Create engaging reels (talking+trending) for our company pages. 2. Be comfortable speaking on camera and presenting ideas confidently. 3. Assist in creating mood boards and content plans that align with brand voice and campaign objectives. 4. Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm content ideas and visual themes for reels and posts. 5. Help in scheduling content across platforms using social media management tools. 6. Monitor publishing timelines to ensure content goes live as per the planned calendar. 7. Assist in community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and trends. 8. Keep track of trending hashtags, music, and challenges to incorporate into content strategies. 9. Conduct research on audience behavior, competitor strategies, and platform trends to inform content creation. 10. Help in analyzing performance metrics to optimize future content. 11. Work closely with the content and design teams to ensure consistency in messaging and aesthetics. 12. Support campaign executions by coordinating with various teams for timely deliverables. 13. Stay updated with the latest Instagram features, reels trends, and digital marketing practices. 14. Participate actively in team discussions and training sessions to build expertise in social media content strategies.  (Prior experience with social media content creation or reels will be a plus) Why should you join us? 1.
