Job Description Company Description StarGlazze Film and Television Academy offers comprehensive creative and technical programs in screen acting, modeling, cinematography, film direction, filmmaking, photography, video editing, and sound engineering. Their training programs adhere to both Bollywood and international film industry standards. In addition to full-time and part-time courses, they provide short screen acting courses for various skill levels, from beginner to advanced. StarGlazze also specializes in specific industry training, including accent training, presenting to camera, and improvisation, to meet diverse professional needs. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Haveli for a skilled and innovative Social Media Strategist. The role entails planning and implementing effective social media strategies, creating high-quality content, optimizing profiles and posts for engagement, and building strong public relations to enhance the online presence of the academy. Regular communication with internal teams and monitoring of social media analytics will also be an essential part of day-to-day responsibilities. Qualifications - Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) - Strong skills in Communication and Public Relations - Proficiency in developing and executing effective Content Strategies - Familiarity with analytics tools and ability to use data-driven insights - Creative problem-solving ability and trend awareness - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred - Knowledge of or experience in the film and television industry is an advantage
