**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Social Media Strategy & Content Creation**:
- Develop, execute, and optimize content strategies for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Plan and create engaging, shareable content—such as social media posts, stories, and reels—that aligns with the company’s brand voice and objectives, while collaborating with the marketing team to execute campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- **Content Calendar & Posting**:
- **Video Content Production**:
- Create and edit video content, including Reels, short-form videos, behind-the-scenes footage, tutorials, etc., with great enthusiasm and creativity. Handle end-to-end video production, including filming, editing, and publishing videos on various social platforms.
- Stay updated with video trends and viral formats to create content that resonates with the audience.

- **Graphic Design**:
- Design engaging visuals, graphics, and posters for social media platforms using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
- Create content that is visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for maximum engagement on different platforms.
- Ensure a consistent brand aesthetic across all visual assets and posts.

- **Collaborative Teamwork**:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Product, and Sales) to create cohesive content that supports broader company objectives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new campaigns and content formats.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a **Content Strategist**, **Social Media Manager**, or similar role with a focus on video content and social media engagement.
- Experience in **creating video reels** and editing videos for platforms like Instagram, and YouTube.
- Strong skills in **graphic design** using tools such as **Canva, Photoshop**, **Illustrator**, and **Figma**.
- Creative and purposeful video editing skill with proficiency in tools like **Adobe Premiere Pro**, **Final Cut Pro**, or similar software.
- Ability to create content quickly and adapt to changing trends and audience preferences.
- A creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through visuals and video.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Should be confident in representing themselves or another speaker, demonstrating excellent directional skills in front of the camera, while creating and editing high-quality video content, including Reels, short-form videos
- Enthusiasm for experimenting with new formats and technologies to push creative boundaries.
**Nice-to-Haves**:
- Experience with social media advertising and paid campaign management.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools.
- A passion for staying ahead of digital trends and emerging platforms.
