**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Strategist to lead our content development initiatives. The Content Strategist will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content that aligns with our brand voice, engages our target audience, and drives business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Create and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business goals and marketing objectives.

*Conduct audience research to understand demographics, preferences, and behaviours.

*Develop content roadmaps, editorial calendars, and content guidelines.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality content (blogs, articles, videos, infographics, social media posts, etc.).

*Oversee content workflows, ensuring timely delivery and consistent quality.
- Track and analyse content performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, or similar platforms.

*Provide insights and recommendations to improve content effectiveness.

*Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead.

*Collaborate with team to ensure content supports overall campaigns and initiatives.

*Provide clear briefs and feedback to creative teams.

**Qualifications and skills**:
**Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related filed.

*Proven experience as a content strategist, content manager, or similar role.

*Strong understanding of content marketing principles.

*Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

*Creative thinker with strong organizational and project management skills.

*Experience with social media marketing and advertising.

*Familiarity with design tools like Adobe creative suite or Canva.

*Knowledge of video production and podcasting is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
