Job Description
This is a hands-on role for a creator-strategist to manage our digital marketing from start to finish. You will be our in-house storyteller, responsible for developing the strategy, managing social accounts, scripting and directing the creative team for all content. The goal is to grow our brand, build client trust, and generate qualified leads for our real estate and construction services.

Key Responsibilities
● Build and execute a marketing strategy for brand growth and lead generation.

● Script and plan content (reels, project stories, team features).

● Maintain a consistent posting schedule aligned with our brand.

● Manage all social accounts, community engagement, and inquiries.

● Monitor analytics and ad performance to refine strategy.

● Collaborate with architects and designers for visual consistency.

● Implement automation systems for posting and client workflows.

Qualifications & Skills
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

● 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing and content creation.

● A strong portfolio showing your strategic campaigns and creative direction Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills for complex topics.

● Proficient in social media analytics.

● Deep understanding of Instagram (Reels), LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms.

● Experience building lead-generation strategies is a major plus.

● Bonus: Experience in real estate, construction, or architecture.
