We’re seeking a **Content** **& Brand Strategist** to craft compelling narratives, expand our brand presence, and shape how the world perceives us, both online and offline.

**Role Overview**:
You will lead storytelling across channels—owning content strategy, shaping our voice, and collaborating with creative, performance, and academic teams to bring our message to life. From social media to website content, from ad campaigns to student success stories—you’ll ensure our brand is bold, consistent, and conversion-friendly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and execute content strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and enrollments across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Lead the monthly content calendar in collaboration with performance, SEO, and academic teams.
- Coordinate and script student/alumni testimonials and success stories for video and written formats.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and editors to bring ideas to life via visuals, short-form video, and reels.
- Develop and manage influencer and affiliate content strategies that support our growth efforts.
- Analyze content performance and optimize based on engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Contribute to campaign ideation and support shoot planning with storyboards, shot lists, and briefs.
- Ensure that all content aligns with the brand's tone, goals, and educational messaging.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in content strategy, brand marketing, or digital storytelling.
- Proven ability to manage social media and craft content for digital-first brands.
- Strong command over written English and visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with Mailchimp, Canva, Trello, and digital marketing tools.
- Understanding of SEO content practices, content funnels, and learner engagement.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.

**Bonus If You Have**:

- EdTech or agency experience.
- Exposure to performance marketing and how content drives conversions.
- Experience working with video teams and leading content for reels/shorts.

Pay: ₹251,297.15 - ₹989,547.48 per year
