Ltd., Bengaluru. If you're passionate about driving brand growth, building authentic online communities, and staying ahead of trends this role is for you What You'll Do: - Understand client aspirations and translate them into actionable short-term and long-term social media strategies. - Create, pitch, and present monthly strategies & campaign ideas aligned with client goals. - Lead client communications, handle escalations, and build strong, trust-based relationships. - Supervise performance reports, analyse metrics, and continuously optimise campaigns. - Collaborate with content, design, and performance teams for seamless execution. - Stay updated with emerging digital trends, AI-driven tools, and competitor strategies. What We're Looking For: - Strong client servicing & communication skills (must-have). - Proven track record of building successful strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. - Hands-on experience with AI tools for insights, strategy, or automation. - Solid understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and paid media campaigns. - A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.
