E-commerce Supply Chain Executive

We began selling on Amazon India five years ago. We now have presence on more than 14 leading E Commerce Marketplaces thanks to our emphasis on E-commerce marketing. Carbamide Forte (Nutraceuticals), 5:15PM (Grocery & Gourmet), and Wagzee (Pets Supplies) are the brands that we have so far successfully launched. Nutraceuticals like: Tablets, Capsules, Protein Powders and Gummies._
- Our Brand, Carbamide Forte is a new-age Indian Vitamin Supplements and Sports Nutrition brand with over 250+ products which is the largest range in India by any brand. We aim to break the idea that only foreign Vitamin Brands are the best in quality. We currently sell over nearly 8500 units daily online on various marketplaces. For many years we have been dedicated to creating world class supplements suited for our Indian audience to give them the best internationally sourced ingredients at affordable prices._

**Job Summary**:The Purchase Order and Shipment Coordinator will manage the end-to-end purchase orders and shipments across multiple platforms, including Amazon Vendor Central (for India and UAE), Shopify, Flipkart, and other e-commerce channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Purchase Order Processing on Amazon Vendor Central (India and UAE)**:Review and confirm all purchase orders received on Amazon Vendor Central for India and UAE markets.

**2. Schedule Appointments**: Responsible for scheduling timely appointments and coordinating closely with packing staff and logistics teams to ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule.

**3. Export Shipments (UAE and Other International Destinations)**:Generate invoices and other Export Documents for export shipments and ensure accurate documentation is done for customs clearance. Tracking Inventory and Planning to Dispatch shipments accordingly.

**4. Order Processing for Other Websites (Shopify, Flipkart, etc.)**:Manage the processing of orders from other e-commerce platforms, including order confirmation, packing coordination, and dispatching.

**5. Documentation and Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and organized records of proof of delivery (POD) and other shipment-related documents
