**Job Summary**:
We are hiring an **E-commerce Executive** with experience in logistics and warehouse coordination. The role involves managing online order processing, inventory tracking, dispatch coordination, and logistics support to ensure smooth fulfillment operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and manage online orders (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
- Coordinate with warehouse for picking, packing & dispatch
- Track shipments, handle delivery issues, returns, and reverse logistics
- Update inventory and listings on e-commerce platforms
- Work with courier partners and maintain delivery performance records

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in Commerce/Logistics/Supply Chain
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic order/inventory systems
- Knowledge of courier platforms like Delhivery, Blue Dart, etc.
- Strong communication and coordination skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
