Online Sales Executive

Experience:
At least 3+

**Responsibilities**:

- E-Commerce Platform Management: Online Listing, Inventory management, Order Processing,

Payment Reconciliation
- Customer Relation Management (CRM): Customer Services, Feedback and Improvement.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Sales Report, Trend Analysis, Competitor Monitoring.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: IT and Web Development, Logistic and Supply chain.
- Product Knowledge and Training: Product Familiarizing, Ongoing Learning.
- Customer Experience Enhancement: Return management, Personalization.
- Technical skills Development: E-commerce Tools, Analytical Tools.

Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as Online Sales Executive or similar role.
- Excellent understanding of Online Selling concepts and best practices
- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools.
- Skills and experience in Online Selling and marketing.
- Analytical mind-set and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Male / Female

Salary Package:
Fixed Salary
- between 18K to 20K (Depends on Experience)
