E-commerce Executive

The core responsibilities of this position include:
Order management

Order processing, order fulfilment, order cancellation, order return, delivery tracking.

Customer Support

Interact and build relationship with customers to ensure satisfaction standards by attending queries, special orders, online sales invoices, product issue, returns, and complaints in a timely manner.

Inventory management

Create shipments, removals, forecast sales, and prepare orders for production.

Content creation for Social Media

Listing and Cataloging

Create, manage content/collateral/product pages/ product presentations for various categories on the website and other market places

Manage products on leading marketplace channels

Raise disputes, cases related to product listing

Ensure a complete catalogue hygiene by personally checking on the front end of all listings. Ensure the catalogue has all brand assets are updated.

Good Experience in Shopify, OMS Guru, Google Analytics, Google Ads will be an added advantage.

Sales Analysis

Analyzes sales and trends, and identify the bestselling items, and ensure that timely forecasting of inventory is in place to eliminate stock outs.

Give the design and product development team routine feedback on trends and bestselling items for new product development.

Requirement

Proficient in Excel (Vlookup, Pivot, Consolidate), Word and Power point

Fluency in English and good typing speed

Minimum 2 years of experience is required in e-commerce field.

Prepare reports and analyze conversion numbers

Analyze returns reason, SKUs and category wise of all portals/ marketplaces

Analyze positive and negative reviews

Improve customer engagement

Regular reporting on performance of the different sales channels and products

Extensive experience with e-commerce marketplace such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra etc.

Incredible attention to detail and customer experience

Analytical Skills to measure the performance of a solution

You should have a sense of urgency.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
