**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.Order Management & Fulfillment**:

- Process online orders across e-commerce platforms and internal systems
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for picking, packing, and timely dispatch.
- Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and track shipment status until delivery.

**2.Inventory & Stock Handling**:

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure real-time stock updates on e-commerce portals.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to reconcile stock movements and update discrepancies.
- Assist in cycle counts and physical audits in the warehouse.

**3.Logistics Coordination**:

- Liaise with courier partners and 3PL providers to schedule pickups and resolve delivery issues.
- Track shipments and update customers/support teams on delivery statuses.
- Assist with return pickups, reverse logistics, and damaged goods processing.

**4.Platform & System Support**:

- Update product listings, stock availability, and order statuses on platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Work with WMS/ERP or Excel-based trackers to manage orders and stock.
- Generate basic reports related to dispatch, delivery timelines, and return rates.

**5.Operational Support**:

- Assist in process optimization between the warehouse and e-commerce team.
- Support customer service with backend order data or delivery updates.
- Maintain records of courier performance and fulfilment metrics.
- Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations with a logistics/warehouse background.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and inventory/order management tools.
- Familiarity with major courier platforms (Delhivery, Blue Dart, etc.) and e-commerce portals.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹9,598.40 - ₹25,591.54 per month
