About the Role We are looking for an E-commerce Supply Chain Manager to lead the end-to-end supply chain for our fast-growing portfolio of private brands across online channels This is a strategic leadership role with direct team responsibility where you will ensure world-class execution drive process excellence and enable growth in one of India s most dynamic consumer categories You will collaborate with leadership sourcing warehouse logistics and sales teams to ensure the right product is available at the right time and cost while continuously improving systems and processes Key Responsibilities Strategic Ownership- Own the end-to-end supply chain for private brands across e-commerce channels - Define and execute supply chain strategy in alignment with growth and seasonal priorities - Drive data-driven demand and inventory planning to ensure availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence Team Leadership- Lead and mentor a team managing billing distribution logistics and inventory operations - Build capability in the team for process optimization automation and analytics - Foster a culture of ownership agility and continuous improvement Operational Excellence- Ensure order fulfillment SLAs by aligning warehouse billing and logistics teams - Optimize dock hit planning dispatch cycles and turnaround times TAT - Partner with logistics providers to improve efficiency reduce costs and strengthen last- mile delivery performance Performance Transformation- Develop and track KPIs for inventory returns billing accuracy and supply chain cost efficiency - Identify process gaps and lead initiatives for automation and system enhancements ERP WMS SAP - Manage returns damages and slow-moving stock to protect business profitability Cross-functional Leadership- Collaborate with sourcing sales and finance to ensure smooth product launches promotions and demand-supply alignment - Act as the single point of accountability for e-commerce supply chain performance across channels What We re Looking For - 2-4 years of experience in supply chain operations or e-commerce with at least 2 years in a leadership team management role - MBA from a Tier 1 Tier 2 B-school preferred - Strong expertise in inventory management order fulfillment and logistics for e-commerce channels - Analytical and data-driven comfortable with Excel SQL BigQuery and BI dashboards - Excellent leadership problem-solving and stakeholder management skills - Proven ability to set up scalable processes manage ambiguity and deliver under pressure during peak demand cycles
