The Sales Executive at Expresion Healthcare (EHC) plays a vital role in driving the patient flow and promoting the organisation's services. They are responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with doctors, clinics, pharmacies, collection centers, and other healthcare facilities and professionals to increase referrals and ensure a steady stream of samples and / or patients. The Sales Executive shall collaborate with the managing team at EHC to develop strategies, generate leads, and achieve sales target.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target doctors, clinics, pharmacies, collection centers, and other healthcare facilities and professionals who are potential referral sources for EHC (hereafter referred to as HCFs).
- Set up appointments and visit the HCFs introducing EHC's services, and establishing partnerships.
- Engage in consultative selling by understanding the needs of the HCFs and presenting the benefits of referring their cases to EHC.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HCFs by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with the managing team to develop sales strategies, promotional materials, and campaigns targeting HCFs.
**Required Qualities**:
- Excellent communication skills and relationship building skills to engage with the HCFs effectively.
- Ability to understand and analyze referral patterns, identify growth opportunities, and convert leads into referring clients.
- Highly self motivated and result driven mindset with strong passion and energy for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

License/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
