Job Summary: The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for selling products and services in a retail environment, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The Retail Sales Executive must be knowledgeable about the products they are selling and should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve sales targets and objectives by promoting and selling products and services in a retail environment.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services to meet their requirements.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through excellent customer service.
- Attend to customer complaints, inquiries, and requests promptly and efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide product training to customers.
- Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports, including customer feedback and sales figures.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Ensure that the store is clean, well-maintained, and properly stocked with products.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a retail sales executive or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Excellent product knowledge and industry expertise.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Physical Demands: This role requires standing, walking, and occasionally lifting and carrying up to 50 kilograms. The Retail Sales Executive may be required to work in a noisy and crowded environment and may need to spend extended periods of time standing or walking.

Work Environment: The Retail Sales Executive works in a retail environment, interacting with customers and colleagues on a daily basis. The environment may be noisy and crowded, and the Retail Sales Executive may need to work long hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
