We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Supervision and Surveillance Analyst to join our Markets Control team. This role is located in Pune, MH - HYBRID. EMEA shift - 2 to 10:30 PM IST

**In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways**:
**To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following**:

- Knowledge on Python, as it will be utilized to build codes which will reduce manual process.
- Investment banking experience, strong understanding of a wide range of financial instruments would be advantageous.
- Trade Surveillance and supervision experience will be an add on.
- Proven investigative skills and an analytical mindset are essential.
- Good understanding of product life cycle and regulatory environment.
- Oral and written communication skills and the ability to understand policies and process assigned tasks in accordance with procedures.
- Education - Preferred engineering and MBA Finance background with 2 to 4 years of experience.
