We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Control II to join our Pershing India services limited team. This role is in Chennai, TN/Pune, MH - HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

- Managing the annual process mapping review for Pershing EMEA in i-grafix
- Stakeholder Management and working with Senior leadership.
- Monitor and work with managers on periodic policy and procedure reviews for Pershing EMEA
- Reporting and MI of Governance items periodically to the Pershing EMEA leadership and stakeholders

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 3-4 years of total work experience preferred.
- Experience in i-grafix or Process mapping tools like Visio etc.
- Experience in risk/compliance and first line of defence
- Should have worked with stakeholders directly, preferably in experience in financial services.
