We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Business Planning and Analysis II to join our Global Asset Safety - OPTISM Operational Governance & Control team. This role is located in Pune CITY, Maharashtra State.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

- Governance
- Monitoring completeness of various deliverables by internal stake holders and working with them for timely closure of the same.
- Supporting internal stake holders by performing multiple activities necessary to fulfill the various BNYM Policies.
- Reporting - Collaborating with internal stake holders in preparing several MI to be presented to Senior Management within bank.
- Quality Assurance - Independent and consistent review of control environment ensuring that control owners are adhering to Bank / Business Standard Policies.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- 3-5 years of total work experience is required.
- Experience in enterprise level reporting using tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI
- Experience in Operations, Control Testing is preferred.
- People Leadership requirement (if applicable)
