We’re seeking a future team member for the role of **Senior Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis **to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. This role is located in **Pune **, Maharashtra, HYBRID

**In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways**:
**Key Responsibilities **.
- Perform in-depth data analysis and provide data modeling suggestions of Finance data
- Identify trends and metrics that can aid business decisions
- Create intuitive visualizations and dashboards for Finance organization
- Ideate and provide innovative solutions for process automation
- Have an eye on the latest technology trends and modernization techniques
- Leverage the various technology platforms to bring about process improvement for shorter and efficient business cycles
- Work closely with other technical teams to provide a collaborative solution
- Work with global team members to help execute monthly/quarterly business cycle.

**Requirements and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Informatics, or similar analytical field
- Minimum 5+ Years of total experience in providing reporting and analytical solutions for business teams
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience on Power BI
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience on advanced knowledge of SQL
- Strong knowledge in Power BI, SQL and technical support.
- Advanced knowledge of database technologies and data warehouse design philosophies
- Experience in creating data visualizations and dashboards
- Demonstrated history of problem solving and business partnering skills.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and strong intellectual curiosity
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with changing demands.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- A work ethic based on strong desire to exceed expectations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer focused, professional demeanor
