**Role description**:
**EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS**:
**EDUCATION OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or a related field. Continuous learning, as defined by the Company’s learning philosophy, is required.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Five (5) to seven (7) years experience gathering requirements to define complex data mappings and transformations. Healthcare background in a managed care environment required, including experience in Case Management and Utilization Management.

**SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES (SKA) REQUIRED**:

- Knowledge of healthcare, specifically Case Management and Utilization Management processes.
- Collaborative, positive attitude.
- Able to work independently, taking initiative to learn and find new work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Demonstrated flexibility, self-discipline and ability to work independently, as well within a group required.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple internal and external clients required.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and implementation timeframes required.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to proactively take a problem or project from analysis to solution to followup/resolution.
- Proficient with Excel as a tool to solve problems, analyze data, create ad hoc reports and test.
- Proficient in prioritizing, multi-tasking and managing multiple projects.
- Flexible and can adapt to change.
