**Job brief**

We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive to provide high-quality service to our restaurant customers. You will address complaints and go the extra mile to make sure our guests are satisfied.

In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who can stay positive when facing difficult situations. You should also be reliable and customer-oriented, as you’ll serve as a primary point of contact for our customers.

Your goal will be to ensure our guests enjoy themselves and plan to come back to our facilities.

**Responsibilities**
- Review arrival lists to welcome guests
- Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries
- Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
- Address customer complaints and escalate to Guest Relations Managerwhen needed
- Record information in the logbook daily
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
- Responsible in assigning guests to tables, maximizing the utilization of the space to the best advantage.
- Making sure that every guest is greeted, seated promptly and well attended.
- To ensure that guest on every table receives attention and service.
- To be familiar with the daily station assignments of staff.
- To monitor and handle guest complaints by following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- To collate guests’ feedback and maintain and update the guest history system.
- To prepare a monthly report of guest comments, guest list and report that assist business decision.
- Fully understand the operation of the restaurant and Service Sequence.
- To be constantly aware of activities of the hotel.
- Assist in preparation and distribution of all promotional material.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably 1 year of experience in F&B.
- Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal skills.
- Able to multi-task.
- Able to work in a fast-paced enviornment.
- Food Hygiene certificate.
- Team-player.
- Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Computer literacy
- A customer-oriented and professional attitude
- An outgoing personality
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability
