Job Description:
As a Customer Support professional with 2 years of experience, your role will primarily involve providing assistance and resolving customer queries via mail, chat, and voice channels. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely assistance through mail, chat, and voice channels.
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, aiming to achieve first-call resolution.
Identify and escalate complex or unresolved problems to appropriate teams or supervisors.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer queries and concerns.
Ensure prompt and accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience.
Keep up-to-date with product updates, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance customer support processes and systems.
Meet or exceed established targets for customer satisfaction, response time, and quality of service.
Stay calm and professional while handling difficult or irate customers, striving to resolve their issues efficiently.
**Requirements**:
2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a mail/chat/voice environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to resolve customer issues.
Empathy and patience to handle customer concerns with a customer-centric approach.
Familiarity with customer support software, ticketing systems, and CRM tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail to accurately record and document customer interactions.
Flexibility to work in Night shift, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices is a plus.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer needs.
Note: Immediate Joiners who can work from Home with High Speed of internet Connection.
Freshers are not considered for this position.
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹31,526.72 per month
