POST OF MOBILIZER

1. Job Title: Mobilizer

2. Reports To: The Mobilizer will report to the Centre Coordinator

3. The hiring would be done on a contractual basis and would be valid for 1 year. Monthly salary will be given per student.

4. Responsibilities and Duties:
As a mobiliser, the person would have perform the following duties and responsibilities:

- Generation and handling of inquiries for the project.
- Conduction of mobilization work in the assign location/area by paying regular and repeated visits or incentive basis.
- Collection and compilation and processing of Registration data from the mobilization activities.
- Reporting day-to-day activities to the Centre coordinator

5. Qualifications:

- Minimum Educational Criteria: Intermediate in any stream.
- Work Experience: Fresher/Experienced
- Communication Skills: Should have proficient communication skills using Hindi, English and regional dialects.
- Personal characteristics: Punctual, Leadership abilities, Team player, Multi-Tasking
- Certifications (not mandatory): Any communication skills related certification would be preferred.
- Physical abilities: Should be able to perform field work actively.
