What You'll Do:

  • Plan, create, and post content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & WhatsApp channels
  • Create engaging reels, stories, and posts that educate and inspire our technician community
  • Handle community engagement (comments, DMs, WhatsApp replies)
  • Track performance, boost audience engagement, and generate leads for training
  • Work closely with the creative and training team to highlight student success stories
  • Stay updated with trends in tech education and the repair ecosystem

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong understanding of content trends and platform algorithms
  • Video/reel editing basics (mobile editing tools or Canva/CapCut/Adobe Premiere)
  • Hindi + English fluency (bonus if you know any regional language)
  • A passion for skilling, startups, and social impact
  • Self-driven and creative mindset

Bonus If You Have:

  • Prior experience in edtech/startup content
  • Technical knowledge in electronics or mobile repair
  • Managed Telegram/YouTube communities before

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Pay: ₹5, ₹12,000.00 per month
