**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Data Management - Ensuring Batch Creation, Subject session upload, attendance and training activities, and the same to be documented in Rooman ERP Tool
- Updating Trainers profile for the Batch management, Training delivery and assessment, and coordination with state teams for the same to be updated accordingly
- Monitoring - Keeping in touch with state teams and centers to understand the mobilization numbers and encouraging them to achieve more numbers reminding them about timelines and target.
- Monitoring AEBAS- Monitoring AEBAS system and validating attendance of students in all batches via CCTV
- Issue resolution in SIP and RIT portals
- Coordinate and dispatch the joining kits and study materials on time - Ordering books as per the batch creation and getting the payment approval and uploading the payments made receipt in books portal. Track the book dispatched and follow up for the bill of supply.
- Assessment coordination - Coordinating with SSC’s for conducting assessment post the batch training, uploading and sharing data as requested by the respective SSC. Ensure the assessment dates; share the details to respective training centers.
- Payment Requests for Assessment - Upload the assessment cost and other details related to assessment and submission for management approvals.
