**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate all civil construction and infrastructure projects from the Head Office.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of project plans.
- Review architectural and structural drawings using **AutoCAD**; make necessary markups or suggestions.
- Prepare and evaluate **cost estimations** for all civil and interior works based on BOQ, drawings, and specifications.
- Develop detailed **project plans**, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Track project progress and report delays, bottlenecks, and resource requirements to management.
- Ensure all projects comply with quality standards, safety norms, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, approvals, vendor agreements, and progress reports.
- Assist in vendor selection and performance monitoring.
- Conduct regular reviews and site visits to ensure work is being executed as per plan.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities between design, procurement, finance, and execution teams.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in **AutoCAD** and reading technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of **civil engineering practices**, construction standards, and interior fit-outs.
- Expertise in **cost estimation**, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Excellent **vendor coordination and negotiation skills**.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in **MS Office** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Background**:

- 6-9 years of experience in civil project coordination and execution.
- Prior experience in handling multi-site projects from an HO/centralized role is an advantage.
- Background in **commercial, retail, institutional, or industrial** civil projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
