**Job Title**: Services Advisor - Automobile Industry

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist with identifying their vehicle service needs.
- Advise customers on necessary services, repairs, and maintenance based on vehicle condition and manufacturer recommendations.
- Provide accurate service estimates and explain costs to customers.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service calendar.
- Maintain clear communication with customers on the status of their vehicle service and any additional work required.
- Work with the technical team to ensure timely and accurate completion of services.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Upsell services and products, such as maintenance packages, extended warranties, and vehicle accessories.
- Maintain detailed customer records and service documentation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and follow-up.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automobile industry.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems, maintenance, and repairs.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficiency with service management software and Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive service advisor certification is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,672.08 - ₹28,504.16 per month
