Key Responsibilities:
As a **Legal Advisor** at Mangal Group, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the legal interests of the company. You will be responsible for overseeing all company law-related matters and providing expert guidance on a wide range of legal issues.

**Company Law Expertise**:

- Provide legal guidance on matters related to company formation, structuring, and governance.
- Oversee compliance with corporate laws, including the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other relevant laws.
- Draft, review, and amend legal documents, including agreements, contracts, and resolutions.

**Legal Advisory Services**:

- Provide advisory support to senior management on critical business decisions, corporate transactions, mergers & acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Advise on corporate litigation matters and manage dispute resolution strategies.
- Stay updated on legal trends and regulations that impact the company and industry.

**Compliance & Regulatory Affairs**:

- Ensure timely and accurate compliance with statutory filings, corporate records, and shareholder meetings.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and external legal counsel, as necessary.
- Manage legal audits and assessments to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

**Contract Management**:

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with third-party vendors, clients, and partners.
- Ensure that all agreements are legally sound and align with the company’s objectives.

**Litigation Support**:

- Oversee the company’s involvement in litigation, including handling legal correspondence, filings, and coordination with external counsel.
- Manage any disputes involving the company, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

**Who You Are**:
We’re looking for a driven and resourceful **Law Graduate** who has 3-4 years of hands-on experience in company law and legal advisory. You should have a strong understanding of corporate legal frameworks, a strategic mindset, and a passion for protecting and growing businesses through legal excellence.

**Experience**:

- 3-4 years of experience in handling company law and legal advisory matters, preferably within a corporate or industrial setup.
- Proven track record in advising on corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- A Law degree (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Strong understanding of the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, corporate governance, and general corporate law.
- Ability to draft, review, and negotiate legal documents effectively.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in legal research, contract drafting, and legal documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹12,037.20 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
