**About Us**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update data in CRM/student management systems.
- Support visa filing and documentation processes.
- Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
- Maintain confidentiality of student and institutional data.
- Prepare reports for management and assist in scheduling counseling sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in back-office operations (education or service industry preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in overseas education consultancy or visa documentation.

**Job Details**:

- Schedule: Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
- Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
- Salary: Competitive; based on experience
