**Online Course Sales Representative (Commission-Based)Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking and market research.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their learning needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into paying customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies and campaigns.
- Provide accurate information about course features, pricing, and benefits.
- Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and commission-based revenue goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field (experience in education or e-learning sales is a plus).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with online marketing and lead generation techniques.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by commission-based earnings.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
- Passion for education and helping others improve their skills.
