**DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**1. Lead Management & Follow-Up**
- Respond to new leads within 1 hour during business hours
- Qualify incoming leads based on company criteria (budget, timeline, service needs)
- Identify and escalate hot leads to priority status for conversion

**2. Client Engagement & Conversion**
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for in-office or virtual consultations
- Build rapport, understand client needs, and present relevant services
- Prepare and send quotations within 24 hours of inquiry or appointment
- Close deals by explaining the process clearly and nudging clients toward commitment
- Ensure at least 35% deposit is paid before classifying as “closed deal”

**3. CRM & Sales Pipeline Management**
- Log all client interactions, statuses, and notes into the CRM (or tracking sheet)
- Maintain accurate lead stages: New, Warm, Quoted, Follow-Up, Closed-Won, Closed-Lost
- Track and report weekly progress to manager against monthly sales target
- Flag dormant leads or potential cancellations

**4. Deposit Collection & Payment Follow-Up**
- Confirm payment schedules and deadlines with each client
- Coordinate with finance or operations team to confirm receipt of payments
- Follow up on pending or partial deposits to ensure collection within agreed timeline
- Ensure payment confirmation is documented for reporting

**5. Collaboration & Handover**
- Once the deal is closed, coordinate clean handover to Event Coordination/Customer Success team
- Ensure all client information, expectations, and payment status are clear
- Stay available to assist CS team in clarifying any pre-sale commitments

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
