**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Lead Generation & Qualification**:
- Research potential leads and gather data on prospects.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with detailed information.
- **Client Interaction**:
- Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their requirements.
- Provide detailed product/service information to clients.
- Create customized proposals and quotes for clients.
- **Sales Presentations & Demos**:
- Schedule and deliver online demos or presentations to potential clients.
- Highlight key features, benefits, and advantages of products/services.
- **Follow-up & Relationship Building**:
- Regular follow-ups with leads/prospects to close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Actively contribute to the team’s overall sales goals.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:
- Prepare sales reports and track performance against targets.
- Provide feedback and insights on market trends to the management team.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Graduation in any field (Preferably in Business or Marketing).
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or telesales, preferably in technology or related sectors.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Basic understanding of technology solutions.
Pay: ₹12,168.59 - ₹31,049.90 per month
