**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand client needs and pitch ListApp’s solutions.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead to conversion.
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure smooth onboarding.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, SaaS sales, or Pharma B2B sales.
- Graduate in Business/Pharma (MBA preferred).
- Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (regional languages a plus).
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM tools.
- Goal-oriented, persuasive, and self-motivated.
