- Analyze client requirements and create customized proposals to pitch our IT services effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the technical team to deliver tailored solutions that align with client requirements.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
**Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree (BBA/MBA preferred) or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and understand client needs effectively.
- Familiarity with bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer) is a plus but not mandatory.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to sales.
- Basic knowledge of IT services and solutions is an added advantage.
