**Roles & Responsibilities-**

**Outbound Calling, Revenue generation, achieving sales targets**
- **Engage with Prospective Learners**: Call and connect with leads who’ve shown interest in our online courses.
- **Drive Sales Growth**:Convert leads into enrolments by understanding learner needs and recommending the right course.
- **Own Your Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly revenue and conversion goals.
- **Leverage Tools**:Keep CRM systems up-to-date with lead status, conversations, and key insights.

**What We’re Looking For-**
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or inside sales (EdTech experience is a big plus)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills - you're confident, clear, and convincing
- Strong ability to work under pressure and meet targets consistently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
