Designation: Associate and Senior Associate

**International Calling || English Communication || Voice Process || Interview Timing - 11:30am to 1:30pm [Monday to Saturday]**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their need
- Resolving customer queries and issues related to the products and

service

**Minimum qualification: PUC (12th)/ Diploma (3years)**

Salary Range:
Voice -> INR 2.9LPA - 4.0LPA CTC + (Incentive + Goodies)
