We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Representatives for our international voice process. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our global customers, helping resolve their inquiries and providing excellent service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle incoming calls from international customers to assist with inquiries and resolve issues.
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to customers about our products and services.
- Document customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy on all calls.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets, such as response time and customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience and clarity.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service tools (training provided).
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Freshers are welcome, though previous experience in a voice process or BPO environment (up to 6 months) is a plus.
