**Job description**

Urgently hiring for International Voice Process and non voice process (Minimum 6 months experience in Voice, Chat, Non Voice Process)

Location: Manyata Techpark, Bangalore
- Receive inbound calls to gather and verify required information and to solve customer queries
- Have excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately by providing effective solutions
- Ability to learn new skills and quickly absorb and interpret new information, products, and
- Actively listen to the customer, and show empathy and patience
- Provide information to the client and place appropriate notes in system
- Should be an immediate joiners
- Should have min six months of work experience preferrably in international voice process, international customer support, us process
- Should have excellent communication skills

Education: 12th pass

Must have min 6 months of BPO or customer service experience

comfortable to work in international voice, rotational shift

Immediate joiners preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
