**Job Title**: International Voice Process - Tech Support (Networking)
**Location**: Bangalore
**Shift**: Night

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **Tech Support Associate** with a strong background in **Networking** for our **International Voice Process**. In this role, you will provide technical support and troubleshoot networking-related issues for international customers. You will be responsible for offering effective solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support related to networking issues such as DNS, IP addressing, routers, switches, and troubleshooting network connectivity.
- Communicate with international customers via voice channels to address and resolve their technical queries.
- Diagnose problems, offer solutions, and follow through to resolution.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in CRM tools.
- Adhere to company processes and meet service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in networking.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in **BPO International Voice Process** (preferably in Tech Support or Networking).
- Solid understanding of **networking concepts** such as DNS, OSI model, IP addressing, routers, switches, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent **communication skills** in English (both verbal and written).
- Ability to handle technical queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must be comfortable working **night shifts**.
