Analytics Associate- Marketing Operations

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Analytics Associate to join our team to drive improvement and value from our marketing campaigns. The Marketing Analytics associate will provide critical data, reporting, and analytics support across our B2C and B2B marketing efforts. Your job will be to partner with our marketing teams to create and update campaign reports and dashboards to support marketing strategy, planning and decision making by providing relevant and timely data, analytics, and insights.

The Team

Job Responsibilities
- Work with Segment Marketing leaders to determine measure of success (KPIs) and develop requirements for building ongoing campaign reports
- Pull user and commercial campaign and other data from MarTech systems to format into reports and analyses for Marketing Managers
- Dive deep into channel level data and provide detailed metrics and monthly reports on the performance of campaigns, highlighting key trends and findings
- Synthesize campaign results to determine what’s working well and make recommendations to support future campaign efforts
- Create and maintain easy to use visuals (e.g. dashboard, report card, etc) to keep Marketing teams informed of their business units performance (Engagement, Acquisition, Commercial lead gen)

Education, Experience & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Degree (Bachelor’s or Masters) in quantitative disciplines like Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Analytics, or Information Systems preferred
- 3-5 years overall professional experience, preferably including 2-3 years of data analytics or data science for a marketing team
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and/or Access skills and experience in business operations and development support tools (e.g., Salesforce, Jira) a plus
- Strong understanding of database technologies and ability to write code to gather data. SQL experience a plus
- Demonstrated experience with an array of analytical tools and methods including data visualizations (Amplitude, Tableau, Power BI, etc.), and marketing specific technology (Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Appsflyer, Sociable, Everest, etc.). Experience with paid media tools and reporting methodologies a plus

- Demonstrated ability to use a variety of tools, techniques, and processes to gather and report data
- Ability to effectively communicate technical ideas to various audiences and collaborate across a range of audiences
- Ability to provide sound rationale for recommendations to gain others’ support and commitment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
