**Job Title**: International Sales Executive - Pristine Gaze

**Pristine Gaze** is seeking a dynamic and driven **International Sales Executive** to join our team and generate sales for our subscription-based financial research products. As a Sales Executive, you will connect with clients across the **US, Australia, Canada **via outbound calls, focusing on promoting Pristine Gaze's market insights and financial research services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Drive Subscription Sales**: Generate sales and promote the growth of Pristine Gaze’s subscription products through effective **telephone selling** to clients.
- **Client Communication**: Handle outbound calls with a professional, engaging tone tailored for diverse clients across multiple countries.
- **Customer Retention**: Improve renewal rates by reconnecting with previous and current clients, encouraging ongoing engagement and client retention.
- **Compliance and Quality**: Ensure that all interactions align with company compliance, audit, and quality standards.
- **Needs Analysis**: Assess client needs and recommend appropriate subscription solutions, offering a tailored, high-quality client experience.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- **Telephone Sales Proficiency**: Excellent phone skills with a strong command in **closing sales over the phone**.
- **Accent and Communication**: Ability to adapt communication to suit international clients, especially from the US, Australia, and Canada.
- **Outbound Sales Experience**: Previous experience in outbound sales, with at least **2 years of international sales experience** preferred.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Knowledge or experience in **financial markets, stock broking**, or **subscription-based services** is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage professionally with international clients.
- Target-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Comfortable working from the office in a fixed-shift environment.
