**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct inbound or outbound calls to prospective customers in international markets to introduce our products or services and generate sales leads.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products or services, pricing, and value proposition to effectively communicate with potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and requirements through active listening and asking relevant questions.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches to convert leads into customers and achieve sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly and efficiently to maximize sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, pricing, availability, and delivery options.
- Use CRM software to track sales activities, update customer information, and generate sales reports.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies, share best practices, and contribute to the achievement of team goals.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tele sales or telemarketing, preferably in an international setting.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident, persuasive demeanour.
- Strong sales acumen and the ability to overcome objections and close sales.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
