**Position: Sales Representative**

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence by promoting and selling our notebook products to various retail shops and educational institutions across different cities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Promote and sell Kids International notebooks to retail shops, bookstores, and educational institutions.

Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential customers.

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales.

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our notebooks.

Plan and execute sales trips to different cities to reach potential clients.

Participate in trade shows, conferences, and events to represent the company and generate leads.

Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to the management team.

**Requirements**:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the stationery or education industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and prospects.

Ability to work independently and self-motivated to achieve sales targets.

Willingness to travel frequently to various cities and locations for sales trips.

Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to close deals and drive revenue growth.

Demonstrated ability to adapt to different market segments and customer needs.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Field sales in Notebook sector: 2 years (required)
