Job Title: Area Field Executive

Job Summary: The Area Field Executive is responsible for overseeing sales activities and maintaining client relationships within a designated geographical area. This role involves traveling within the assigned territory to meet with clients, understand their needs, and promote products or services offered by the company. The Area Field Executive must possess strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively close sales deals and achieve revenue targets. Additionally, they are expected to provide regular reports on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to the management team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within the assigned area.
- Identify potential clients and conduct cold calls or visits to introduce products or services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the local market.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team on a regular basis.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Train and support sales representatives or agents within the area to achieve their targets and represent the company effectively.
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner to maintain a positive brand image.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales or territory management role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Driving Licence (required)
