- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Excellent written and spoken English as well as strong communication skills to work collaboratively with a global team
- Hands-on experience with sourcing strategies and familiarity with direct sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work on multiple open positions within tight timelines
- Experience using MS Office tools (word/excel)
- Prior experience working on US talent sourcing would be preferred

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the Recruitment team to determine hiring requirements for open positions (primarily US office)
- Interpret hiring requirements and translate them into successful sourcing strategies
- Screen resumes through the company’s applicant tracking system, Lever
- Additionally this role may involve sourcing for executive recruitment requirements:
o Screen executive profiles based on agreed parameters
- Provide periodic reports as requested
