Job Requirements:- Conduct research and market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitive talent landscapes. Data Management:- Generate regular reports on sourcing activities and the status of the talent pipeline.

Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to understand their hiring needs and priorities.- Participate in recruitment strategy meetings and contribute insights on sourcing strategies.

Qualifications/ Experience:
- Proven experience as a Sourcer or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced recruitment environment.- Experience with US markets- Experience sourcing for technical and sales talent.- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, Workday (desirable)- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and online databases.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
