Talent Sourcer Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Engagement
- Proactively identify and attract top talent through various sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media, referrals, and talent databases.

Market Intelligence & Talent Mapping
- Stay updated on industry trends, talent market dynamics, and competitor insights in the AIMES region.
- Conduct talent mapping exercises to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and target profiles.
- Share sourcing best practices and market intelligence to enhance recruitment strategies.

Employer Branding & Diversity Hiring
- Promote Michelin’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) by ensuring diverse talent representation in pipelines.

What You Need to Succeed:
Experience & Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in talent sourcing, executive search, or recruitment.
- Strong expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced sourcing tools.
- Experience sourcing for commercial, sales, technical, or niche roles is a plus.

Competencies
- Proactive & Innovative: Ability to think creatively and find new ways to attract top talent.
- Data-Driven: Comfortable using recruitment analytics to track sourcing effectiveness.
- Cultural Awareness: Understanding of diverse hiring markets across Africa, India, Middle East, and Sri Lanka.
