Hiring - Talent Sourcer

The Glocal Resource is looking for a Sourcer to join their team. The company is in a growth mode and looking for a dynamic person who can handle multiple requirements at the same time.

**Responsibilities**:
2. Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
3. Builds applicant flow by using multiple sources like LinkedIn, Job Portals, Google Search, Directories, etc.
4. Manage daily sourcing targets.
8. Take ownership of the sourcer roles within the Diversity & Inclusion Accountability Matrix; understand diversity goals and where we have opportunities to support efforts in sourcing.
9. Provide meaningful market data in support of client and recruiting needs
10. Utilize the complete functionality of the applicant tracking system and maintain data integrity and controls
11. Maintain daily and weekly client reports

Required Experience and Qualifications:
2. 1+ years of experience in working on IT and Non
- IT requirements.
3. Able to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities, high attention to detail
4. Knowledge of US contracting methods (W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp) and visas
- Huge plus.
5. Hands-on with top Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) in the market
6. Strong technical skills (MS Office, Internet research, social media, etc.)
7. Excellent written communication skills including the ability to prepare concise and error-free reports for US business executives
8. Outstanding time management, organizational skills, and work ethic
9. Able to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities, high attention to detail.

Job location - NIBM Road, Pune
Shift timings - 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Week offs - Saturday and Sunday
